We are seeking a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise data and AI solutions across Life Insurance, Investments, Membership, and Charitable Services. This senior-level individual contributor will serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with business and technology leaders to modernize data platforms and enable scalable AI capabilities across the organization.

Define and govern enterprise Data & AI architecture across cloud, legacy, and AI-native platforms. Design scalable data integration solutions across DB2, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Talend, and cloud technologies. Architect and deliver AI and Generative AI solutions utilizing Snowflake Cortex, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio. Develop enterprise strategies for RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI-powered analytics. Lead modernization initiatives involving ETL, data platforms, and cloud migration. Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards across enterprise environments. Partner with business, IT, security, compliance, and vendor teams to deliver strategic technology solutions. Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert for enterprise Data & AI initiatives.

12+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture. 5+ years of experience within financial services, insurance, investments, or related industries. Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including Snowpark, Cortex, and data sharing. Proven experience delivering production AI, LLM, RAG, or agentic AI solutions. Experience leading legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives involving DB2 or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of modern data integration, cloud architectures, and database technologies. Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Talend, PostgreSQL, and vector databases preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
