Analyze complex financial data and provide insights to support strategic business decisions. Support financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and performance analysis initiatives. Evaluate profitability, capital deployment, cash flow, and financial performance trends. Partner with executive leadership on financial analysis and business planning projects. Assist with financial controls, reporting processes, reconciliations, and operational improvements. Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving finance, accounting, operations, treasury, actuarial, underwriting, and executive leadership. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, reporting enhancements, and increased operational efficiency. Support financial modeling, scenario analysis, forecasting, and management reporting activities.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Strong financial analysis and modeling experience. Experience evaluating business performance, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, or financial reporting. Ability to analyze large amounts of financial information and communicate findings effectively. Strong Excel and financial systems skills. Highly analytical, intellectually curious, and business-minded approach. CPA, CFA, MBA, or other advanced credentials are a plus.
