A financially strong, values-driven insurance carrier is expanding its Product Development bench and seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Product Professional who enjoys shaping coverage, influencing strategy, and seeing products through from concept to market impact. Lead and support the design, enhancement, and refinement of commercial auto products. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to drive product decisions. Partner closely with actuarial, underwriting, claims, legal, and IT teams to ensure alignment. Develop and maintain product documentation, policy forms, and regulatory materials. Support product launches and monitor performance post-launch. Use data and dashboards to evaluate profitability, retention, and growth. Serve as a trusted internal subject-matter expert for commercial auto products.

5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience. 2+ years specifically in product development, with commercial auto exposure. Strong understanding of coverage forms, pricing concepts, and regulatory requirements. Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong Excel and SQL capabilities. Proven ability to take products from idea to implementation.
