This client is an established, industry-leading organization investing in modern technology, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. They are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator who enjoys being hands-on, solving complex technical problems, and helping organizations get more value, reliability, and security from their Microsoft environment.

Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, provisioning, permissions, and account lifecycle management. Manage Microsoft Intune and endpoint environments, including device compliance, application deployment, configuration profiles, updates, remediation, and endpoint security. Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and role assignments. Monitor and respond to Microsoft Defender and security alerts while supporting vulnerability management, access reviews, security assessments, and compliance initiatives. Troubleshoot complex issues involving Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, authentication, connectivity, email, and cloud infrastructure. Develop and maintain PowerShell automation to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. Lead or support infrastructure, Microsoft 365, endpoint, and cybersecurity projects from testing through implementation and change management.

3+ years of hands-on systems administration experience. Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience. Hands-on experience with Exchange Online / Exchange Admin Center. Experience administering Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management. Experience with Azure administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and security administration. Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Microsoft Azure Administrator & Microsoft Endpoint Administrator ideal.
