This is not a traditional HR role—it’s a high-impact opportunity to shape talent outcomes, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and bring structure to how hiring decisions are made across the business.

Elevate how the organization attracts, evaluates, and selects talent. Partner with leaders to define what “great” looks like for each role. Bring structure and consistency to interviews and hiring decisions. Improve sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes. Help leaders make confident, well-informed hiring decisions. Provide practical, real-world guidance on employee situations and performance management. Support managers in handling issues with clarity, consistency, and proper documentation. Reinforce accountability while serving as a trusted HR resource. Ensure employment decisions align with company policy and applicable laws. Oversee benefits administration and employee communications. Maintain accurate HR systems, records, and documentation. Ensure compliance with employment practices and regulatory requirements. Own and continuously improve core HR processes across the organization.

5+ years of experience in HR, operations, or a related role. Strong judgment and ability to navigate real-world employee situations. A practical, solutions-oriented mindset (less theory, more execution). Proven ability to bring structure and consistency to hiring and decision-making. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Working knowledge of employment practices and compliance. Interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve processes. Collaborative, business-minded approach aligned with a strong team culture.
