We are working with an established financial services organization seeking a Technical Assistant for a contract opportunity supporting its insurance field force. This individual will provide technical assistance by phone and email, troubleshoot software and CRM issues, document solutions, and help users effectively utilize supported technology. The ideal candidate combines Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

- Provide phone and email support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other supported applications. - Assist users with Dynamics 365 functionality, new features, and best practices. - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams. - Coordinate communication and follow-up through issue resolution. - Document technical issues and solutions within ServiceNow. - Respond to software-related questions from insurance field users. - Identify recurring issues and communicate escalations to team leadership.

- 2–3 years of related technical support or technology experience. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics CRM within insurance or financial services required. - Knowledge of life insurance, annuity, long-term care, and disability income products. - Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent phone, written communication, and customer service skills. - Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications. - Experience with Electronic Applications, Sapiens IllustrationPro, or SmartOffice CRM is a plus. - BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - French and/or Spanish fluency is a plus. - Authorization to work in the U.S. required; visa sponsorship is not available.

$27 – $28/hour on a contract basis.
