About the role:
A highly regarded property casualty carrier is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead market expansion efforts within Georgia. Opportunity to join a company with a strong financial foundation, innovative product suite, and forward-thinking leadership. Influence growth strategy, product positioning, and agency development at a regional level. Work cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and marketing to drive long-term profitability and retention. Build out new agency relationships
Duties and responsibilities:
Lead agency appointment strategy, market intelligence, and competitive positioning. Conduct agency training and performance evaluations; influence corrective action plans where needed. Represent the company at industry events and agent conferences. Contribute to rate review and product development strategy by providing real-time market insights. Deliver quarterly agency evaluations, audit outcomes, and profitability reviews. Foster long-term, profitable relationships with independent agents.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in calling on independent agents representing personal and commercial lines products. Proven ability to train and support agency personnel on products and systems. Ability to analyze market data, spot trends, and create solutions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills. Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and reporting ability.
Compensation:
$100,000 to $120,000 + company car + quarterly bonus
