A leading national property & casualty insurance carrier is seeking a Vice President Data Analytics to spearhead predictive analytics and advanced modeling across the enterprise. This executive will oversee a talented team of data scientists and partner closely with senior leadership to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that transform underwriting, pricing, and operational decision-making. Establish and lead the predictive analytics roadmap aligned with enterprise goals. Develop and deploy predictive models, incorporating GLMs(Generalized Linear Models), machine learning, and AI-driven techniques. Partner with actuarial leadership to create triage models, refine pricing frameworks, and train underwriters on effective model usage. Identify new data sources, monitor and refine models, and ensure results translate into measurable business performance. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

10+ years of senior analytics/modeling leadership within the property & casualty insurance industry. Deep expertise in GLMs and advanced statistical modeling in a Property &Casualty context. Strong proficiency in R, Python, SAS, Excel, and modern modeling tools. Proven ability to translate technical analytics into business insights and influence executive decision-making. Experience leading and developing top-tier data science teams. Preferred: FCAS designation.
