Duties and responsibilities:
Lead workforce planning, succession strategy, and leadership development. Design retention strategies aligned with today’s evolving workforce. Integrate AI and data analytics into recruiting, performance management, and workforce planning. Enhance the employee experience through modern HR technology. Guide the organization through transformation and growth initiatives. Advise executive leadership on structure, culture, and talent optimization. Champion engagement, inclusion, and continuous development. Oversee performance management, onboarding, and career progression programs. Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and human capital strategy. Provide insight into talent risks, opportunities, and workforce trends. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. Lead employee relations with fairness, consistency, and integrity.
Experience:
Proven success in senior strategic HR leadership roles within complex organizations. Strong expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and change leadership. Experience leveraging HR technology, AI, and data analytics to drive outcomes. Executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level. Deep understanding of aligning people strategy with business performance. Bachelor’s degree required. 10+ years of leadership experience with progressive HR responsibility.
Compensation:
$180,000 to $220,000, bonus, competitive benefits
